Yes. Documents are delivered in Word format and can be freely edited. Fundamental changes post-delivery may incur additional fees.

What does the registration support process involve?
The process includes:

What happens if my application is rejected?
If rejection is due to incorrect information you provided, RegiCare isn’t liable—but we can revise documents for an additional fee.
Do you provide interview preparation services?
Yes: PDF guides, virtual mock interviews, and readiness reports. Mock interviews require at least one week’s notice.
Can I use the same documents for different regulators?
Each regulator has unique requirements. While some content may overlap, tailored documents are usually needed per regulator.
What qualifications do I need as a Registered Manager?
A Level 5 Diploma in Social Care Leadership & Management (or equivalent) is preferable but not mandatory; regulatory knowledge and leadership skills matter most.
Where are interviews conducted?
Registered Manager interviews take place remotely via video call.
How do I pay for services?
Payments can be made via upfront payment or a deposit with monthly instalments through Stripe.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Missed payments may lead to service suspension, a £25 administrative fee, interest at 8%+Bank Rate, and possible contract termination after 30 days overdue.
What is your refund policy?
Within the 14-day cooling-off period: full refund minus services rendered. After 14 days: no refunds.
How are fees calculated?
Fees are fixed, VAT-inclusive, and detailed in your bespoke quotation.
What’s included in the branding service?
Three initial logo concepts, revisions based on feedback, and a complete branding pack after approval.
What’s required for website design?
A WIX account (we can assist) and a hosting plan if you want a bespoke domain.
What’s not included?
Ongoing site management, email setup, and hosting—unless specifically agreed.
What is the Update Service Package?
Includes updates to all deliverables (policies, plans) for 12 months, with renewal options thereafter.
Is ongoing support optional?
Yes—this can be added to your contract as an optional extra.
How do I place an order?
Place orders online; once deposit is paid and contract formed, work begins.
How are deliverables delivered?
Delivered electronically; access may be restricted if payment is incomplete.
Can I cancel my contract?
Cancel within 14 days of formation for a refund; after 14 days, no refund.
What are my responsibilities as a client?
Provide accurate information, respond promptly, and submit feedback via email or portal.
Can delays occur if I don’t respond on time?
Yes; delays in your responses may impact timelines.
What should I do if I have a complaint?
Email to complaints@regicare.uk. We’ll acknowledge within 10 business days and propose a resolution within 20 days.
What if disputes aren’t resolved?
Unresolved issues may go to mediation, then English courts if needed.
What happens to my data?
All data is managed under GDPR standards for confidentiality and security.
What if I need significant changes?
Additional edits can be requested at extra cost, depending on complexity.
Who owns the IP?
You receive a non-exclusive licence; RegiCare retains rights to its methods.
Can NI and RM be the same person?
Yes, provided they understand both roles fully.

Do I need a confirmed property?
Brick-and-mortar services need a site; domiciliary agencies can use a home address.
